  • Passwords, user IDs, names, phone numbers, email addresses
  • Job titles, usernames, debit/credit card numbers

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

Information collected through our Apps

In Short: We may collect geolocation, device, and notification data when you use our Apps.

If you use our Apps, we may collect the following:

  • Geolocation Information — to provide location-based services. You may change permissions in your device settings.
  • Mobile Device Access — including Bluetooth, camera, media storage, and other device features.
  • Camera, Photos, and Audio — for example, in the Ultimate CRM Application, uploading a complaint photo requires camera/media access permission.
  • Mobile Device Data — device ID, model, manufacturer, OS version, network info, and app feature usage.
  • Push Notifications — regarding your account or app features. You may opt out in your device settings.

2 How Do We Use Your Information?

In Short: We process your information for legitimate business interests, contract fulfillment, legal compliance, and/or consent.

We use personal information collected via our Apps for business purposes including data analysis, identifying usage trends, evaluating promotional campaign effectiveness, and improving our Apps and your experience. This information may be used and stored in aggregated and anonymized form, not associated with individual end users.

3 Will Your Information Be Shared with Anyone?

In Short: We only share information with consent, for legal reasons, to provide services, to protect rights, or to fulfill obligations.

We may process or share your data based on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — if you have given us specific consent for a specific purpose.
  • Legitimate Interests — when reasonably necessary for our business interests.
  • Performance of a Contract — to fulfill the terms of our contract with you.
  • Legal Obligations — when required by law, court order, or governmental request.
  • Vital Interests — to investigate fraud, policy violations, or safety threats.
Only authorized, trained employees have access to customer information. Violations of our Privacy Promise are subject to disciplinary action.

Specific sharing situations:

  • Business Transfers — during mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
  • Google Maps Platform APIs — we may share location data with Google Maps APIs. See Google's Privacy Policy for details. You may revoke consent by contacting us.

4 Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels). Specific details on usage and how to refuse cookies are set out in our Cookie Notice.

5 How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, unless otherwise required by law.

We retain personal information only as long as needed, or as required by law (e.g. tax or accounting obligations). When there is no ongoing legitimate need, we will delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (e.g. backup archives), we will securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

6 Do We Collect Information from Minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

By using any of our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are a parent/guardian consenting on behalf of a minor. If we learn that data from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete the data. Please contact us at MobileApps-Support@ultimateSolutionsPortal.com if you become aware of any such data.

You have the right to access, correct, or request termination of information held about you. Contact authorized employees at your entity to do so.

8 Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. As no uniform standard for DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted in future, we will update this policy accordingly.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine The Light" law) permits California resident users to request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Submit such requests in writing using the contact details below.

California residents under 18 with a registered account may request removal of publicly posted unwanted data. Contact us with your account email and a statement that you reside in California. Note that data may not be completely removed from all systems (e.g. backups).
